Reverse wound double-sided tape with a 0.08 mm medium-thickness non-woven carrier, modified solvent-based acrylic adhesive, and havana siliconized paper release liner.

Developed by converting the S978 non-woven tape into a reverse wound configuration, it is specifically designed for use with the SL ATG Top Gun dispenser and with any ATG System applicator available on the market.

Application fields

Double-sided adhesive tape suitable for many applications such as gluing cardboard, leather, various fabrics and also used for mounting metal and plastic plates on difficult surfaces.

S978R REVERSE WOUND STANDARD & P CORE

S978 double-sided tape is produced on a 1" double-chamber plastic core in a reverse-wound format. It is available in standard widths of 6 to 19 mm, as well as in perforated (P Core) versions of 6 and 9 mm. P Core tapes are applied using the ATG system with grey plastic adapters supplied with SL's ATG Top Gun (the only ATG dispenser on the market compatible with the 9 mm P Core format). The 6 mm and 9 mm perforated-core tapes are positioned on the adapter, which is inserted directly into the ATG Top Gun applicator gear with simple pressure and without the use of tools. The perforated core (P Core) is available for all reverse wound transfer tape produced by SL.
