T935

Medium thickness transfer tape 0.075 mm

T935

Features

Medium-thickness (0.075 mm) transfer tape with a high-performance modified acrylic adhesive, reinforced with fibers and glass powder. This is a specialty adhesive tape without a carrier, offering excellent resistance to UV exposure and aging. The transfer tape is designed as an intermediate solution between the T923 and T950 transfer tapes. It is manufactured in jumbo, log and roll formats on a standard 3" cardboard core, and in Reverse Wound version with 1" plastic core (standard or P Core).

Application fields

The T935 transfer tape is suitable for bonding different types of materials such as paper, cardboard, metal, plastic, glass, wood, where a higher thickness and adhesive power is required.

T935R REVERSE WOUND STANDARD & P CORE

The T935 double-sided tape is also produced in Reverse Wound format in rolls on a 1" dual-chamber plastic core. It is supplied in 33 m rolls in two versions: T935R with a standard core in widths of 6, 9, 12, and 19 mm, and T935PR with a perforated core (P Core) in widths of 6 and 9 mm.

Transfer tapes reverse wound are special products specifically designed for use with a 1" double-chamber plastic core. These double-sided adhesive rolls are intended for use with ATG and the SL's ATG Top Gun dispensers, which ensure precise and fast application while simultaneously recovering the silicone release liner. This system provides significant time and material savings and allows for a clean and professional application.

In addition to the standard double-chamber core, SL offers an innovative alternative perforated-core system for 6 mm and 9 mm transfer tapes. These can be applied with the ATG system by means of grey plastic adapters supplied with the SL's ATG Top Gun (the only ATG dispenser on the market compatible with the 9 mm P Core format). The 6 mm and 9 mm perforated-core tapes are positioned on the adapter, which is inserted directly into the ATG Top Gun applicator gear with simple pressure and without the use of tools. The perforated core (P Core) is available for all reverse wound transfer tape produced by SL.
